The P6SMB100A is a high-performance, surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It features a 600W peak pulse power capability at a 10/1000μs waveform, ensuring excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. This diode is available in a uni-directional configuration and supports a reverse standoff voltage of 85.5V with a breakdown voltage range of 95V to 105V.
