original packaging.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with valid evidence.

Warranty Policy (Only for applicable items)
Coverage:
- Hexa Node PVT Ltd offers a limited warranty on all electronics modules purchased from our store under the manufacture’s standard warranty conditions.
Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, customers must
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Contact our customer service team at 0718374761 to report the defect and receive further instructions.
- Return the defective product to our store or send it to the address provided by our customer service team
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Incidental or consequential damages.
